Our SIX capsule plants and the printing machines are manufactured at highly Sophisticated Engineering facility of the group, Erawat Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Some of the distinct features of our manufacturing plant are:-

• Usage of indigenous and superior technology.
• Possesses pneumatic drives, Programmable logic controls, dedicated drives.
• Linear Motion Bearing that makes the product superior and matching the International Standard. Due to this Engineering strength next door, we have an on going R&D and continuous improvements in our plants and process, which gives us a unique position in the market for providing quality and consistency.

In the first phase we have installed three lines of fully Automatic Capsule Making Plants, one each for #0, #1 & #2. We have then added two machines in size 2 and one machine in size 0, thus, increasing the total number of machines to six. The Current Production Capacity is as follows :

We have an ambitious future expansion plan to foray into other sizes and markets and to rapidly grow our company in services as well as in size. We already have an ongoing project to install 4 more machines in next one year, which will cover other untouched smaller/bigger sizes and special sizes too.

We will also be manufacturing Vegetarian Capsules from HPMC by the end of year 2007.
